But don`t you want to deal with the daily reservations and the mediation process?
Maybe you already rent your holiday home, but the current occupation rate is a bit disappointing?
Maisonnera offers you the solution, we already have over 10 years experienceour expertise is renting holiday homes in France. When Maisonnera takes care about your holiday home, you don`t have to worry anymore about the rental process.
Maisonnera has to offer you:
• Care of the total process, from promotion till booking to aftersales
• Approaching homeowners and guests in their own language
• We help you with translating your page in the languages Dutch, French and English (if needed)
• We ensure that we meet our payment conditions, before the guests arrive at the holiday home
There are two options for you to offer your holiday home by Maisonnera:
• Advertisement on annual basis (€ 80)
Your advertisement will be placed on the trilingual website (in Dutch, French and English), you get your own page where all the information about your holiday home is listed. If a customer books via our website, the booking will be directly forwarded to you. The costs are € 80,- per year.
• Advertisement on a commission basis (20%)
Also with this possibility your advertisement will be placed on our website. The benefit for you is that you only make costs when your holiday home is actually rented. Twenty percent of the sales from the holiday home brings Maisonnera in charge for the mediation.
