Haute-Marne

Haute-Marne is a mix of history, culture and a pinch of mystery which gives an interesting mix of atmospheres. This department is located in the south-east of the Champagne-Ardenne region and is known for its various crafts. For example, the town of Orges is known for its flowers and mills, Fayl-Billot for its basket weavers and Nogent for its cutlery. The art and the knowledge of these trades were passed down through generations which makes them all the more authentic.
